No. We create your account automatically at checkout so you can access your downloads and keys later. If your email already has an account, the order is attached to that existing account.
Some payment gateways require manual verification. If prompted, upload a screenshot or PDF receipt of your payment so our billing team can approve it faster. Most automatic gateways do not require proof.
Completed orders show downloadable files under My Account › Downloads. If an order is pending, cancelled, refunded, or revoked, the download button will not be available.
Your license key appears in My Account › Orders › Order Details after approval. You enter this key inside the Cheat Loader to activate and start your session. If a key is revoked, the reason is shown on the same page.
Undetected means the cheat is currently safe to use based on our team's testing. Anti-cheat updates can change this status at any time. Always check the Status page and our Discord before launching.
Digital products are generally non-refundable once the license key has been assigned or the download has been accessed. If you have a delivery issue or duplicate charge, contact support with your order number and we will review it.
