MaxiCheats respects customer privacy and keeps account, checkout, payment, and delivery information limited to what is needed to operate a digital software store.

Information we collect

• Account details such as username, email address, password hash, country code, verification status, and reset tokens.
• Checkout details such as selected products, product variations, order totals, payment method, payment reference, payment note, and payment proof files when submitted.
• Technical records such as IP address, browser user agent, download logs, email delivery logs, and admin action logs for fraud prevention, support, and security auditing.
• Support information you voluntarily provide through contact channels, Discord support, or other support conversations.

How we use information

• To create and manage your account, including automatic account creation during guest checkout.
• To process orders, verify payments, deliver license keys, and make purchased downloads available in your account.
• To send transactional emails such as account creation, password reset, order received, pending payment, completed order, cancelled order, and custom status updates.
• To prevent unauthorized downloads, investigate chargebacks or abuse, maintain license-key records, and protect the store.

Digital delivery and download logs

When an order is completed, eligible downloads are shown only inside the customer account. Download activity may be recorded with product, order, IP address, user agent, and timestamp so support can verify access and investigate misuse.

Payment information

MaxiCheats does not need to store full card numbers inside this application. If a payment provider or crypto payment method is used, payment processing data is handled according to that provider's own terms. We may store transaction references, payment notes, proof uploads, wallet references, and verification status for order handling.

Email and communication records

Transactional emails may be logged with recipient, subject, template key, delivery status, retry attempts, and error messages. These logs help diagnose delivery issues and can be deleted or purged by the administrator.

Cookies and sessions

The site uses essential cookies and sessions for login, cart, checkout, CSRF protection, and account security. Disabling essential cookies may prevent checkout or account features from working.

Data sharing

We do not sell customer personal information. Data may be shared only with service providers needed for hosting, email delivery, payment processing, fraud prevention, analytics, or support, or when required by law, legal process, chargeback investigation, or platform security.

Data retention

Account, order, license, and delivery records are kept as long as needed for customer access, tax/accounting needs, fraud prevention, support, and legal obligations. Email and download logs can be retained or purged based on administrator settings.

Your choices

You may request correction of inaccurate account data or ask support about account deletion where legally and operationally possible. Some order, license, payment, and security records may need to be retained to protect the store and prove delivery.

Security

We use access controls, CSRF protection, password hashing, restricted download delivery, admin action logs, and server rules to reduce unauthorized access. No internet service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so customers should use strong passwords and protect their email account.
