MaxiCheats sells digital products that can be delivered instantly after payment approval. Because digital files, license keys, access credentials, and setup instructions cannot be physically returned, refund eligibility is more limited than with physical goods.
If an order is still pending payment review and no license key, download, private file, setup access, or account delivery has been released, you may contact support to request cancellation. Approval depends on payment status, payment provider rules, and fraud checks.
Once a product has been delivered, downloaded, assigned to your account, or a license key has been issued, refunds are generally not available. This includes completed orders where the customer can access downloads from the account downloads page or received delivery details by email.
When appropriate, support may offer troubleshooting, replacement files, a license reset, a product switch, subscription extension, or store credit instead of a refund. The available remedy depends on the product, order status, payment method, and issue confirmed by support.
Contact support with your order number, account email, product name, payment reference, screenshots if relevant, and a clear description of the issue. Requests without enough information may be delayed or denied.
Opening a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting support may result in account suspension, order cancellation, license revocation, and loss of download access. Delivery logs, license assignment, email logs, payment proof, IP address, and order records may be used as evidence in dispute responses.
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible. Bank, card, crypto, or provider processing times are controlled by the payment provider and may vary.
