MaxiCheats sells digital products that can be delivered instantly after payment approval. Because digital files, license keys, access credentials, and setup instructions cannot be physically returned, refund eligibility is more limited than with physical goods.

Before delivery

If an order is still pending payment review and no license key, download, private file, setup access, or account delivery has been released, you may contact support to request cancellation. Approval depends on payment status, payment provider rules, and fraud checks.

After delivery

Once a product has been delivered, downloaded, assigned to your account, or a license key has been issued, refunds are generally not available. This includes completed orders where the customer can access downloads from the account downloads page or received delivery details by email.

Eligible refund or replacement cases

  • Duplicate payment for the same product and same account.
  • Wrong product delivered by store error.
  • Product cannot be delivered and no reasonable replacement, extension, or store credit is available.
  • Technical issue confirmed by support that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time and is not caused by unsupported system configuration, customer misuse, third-party interference, or failure to follow setup instructions.

Non-refundable cases

  • Downloaded files, issued license keys, completed digital delivery, or used subscriptions.
  • Customer changed their mind after purchase.
  • Customer purchased the wrong product, duration, platform, or variation without checking the product page.
  • Unsupported Windows version, unsupported hardware, incompatible security software, or failure to follow setup instructions.
  • Account bans, game bans, platform restrictions, or losses caused by third-party games, anti-cheat systems, payment providers, or customer behavior.
  • License sharing, reselling, leaking, chargeback abuse, fraud, or violation of Terms.
  • Crypto or irreversible payment transactions after delivery unless required by law or approved by support.

Replacements, extensions, and store credit

When appropriate, support may offer troubleshooting, replacement files, a license reset, a product switch, subscription extension, or store credit instead of a refund. The available remedy depends on the product, order status, payment method, and issue confirmed by support.

How to request help

Contact support with your order number, account email, product name, payment reference, screenshots if relevant, and a clear description of the issue. Requests without enough information may be delayed or denied.

Chargebacks and disputes

Opening a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting support may result in account suspension, order cancellation, license revocation, and loss of download access. Delivery logs, license assignment, email logs, payment proof, IP address, and order records may be used as evidence in dispute responses.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible. Bank, card, crypto, or provider processing times are controlled by the payment provider and may vary.
