These Terms and Conditions combine the practical rules normally found in a Terms of Service agreement with the purchase, account, payment, download, and license conditions that apply to the MaxiCheats store. By creating an account, placing an order, downloading a file, or using a license key, you agree to these terms.

Digital products

MaxiCheats sells digital software access, license keys, subscriptions, setup material, and related downloads. Products may include variations such as one-day, seven-day, thirty-day, yearly, or lifetime-style packages where available on the product page.

Account responsibility

• You are responsible for keeping your account email and password secure.
• If checkout creates an account automatically, you must change the temporary password after first login.
• You may not share, resell, leak, redistribute, reverse engineer, unpack, tamper with, or publicly post download files, loaders, license keys, configuration files, or private instructions.
• Orders placed with an email that already belongs to an account may be attached to that account, but checkout will not automatically log you in for security reasons.

Order processing and delivery

Digital delivery becomes available after the order reaches an eligible completed status. The site may show pending payment or order received pages while payment is being reviewed. If a completed order is later changed to cancelled, refunded, disputed, revoked, or another non-delivery status, download access and related delivery access may be removed.

License keys

License keys are assigned to an order once delivery is approved. A key that has been delivered to a customer is not returned to the available stock pool if an order status later changes. Keys may be revoked for abuse, fraud, payment dispute, policy breach, replacement, or support resolution, and the revoke reason may be shown in the customer order details.

Compatibility and setup

Product pages may list supported Windows versions, CPU compatibility, cheat type, video material, features, and setup instructions. Customers are responsible for checking product requirements before purchase and following the setup guide provided after purchase.

Updates, availability, and risk

Digital software may require updates after game, operating system, or anti-cheat changes. Availability, features, and compatibility can change. No product description should be read as a permanent guarantee that a third-party game, platform, or anti-cheat environment will never change.

Acceptable use

• Do not attack, scan, exploit, overload, or interfere with the website, checkout, admin panel, download endpoint, email system, or storage.
• Do not attempt to access another customer's account, order, license key, payment proof, or download file.
• Do not use stolen payment details, false identity information, abusive chargebacks, or fraudulent proof of payment.
• Do not bypass license limits, download restrictions, revocations, or account bans.

Payments and verification

Payment methods, fees, instructions, wallet addresses, forms, and proof requirements may vary by payment method. Orders may be manually reviewed. We may request additional information if payment is unclear, incomplete, duplicated, suspicious, or disputed.

Refunds

Support

Support is provided through the support channels listed on the site. To help resolve issues, customers may be asked for order number, account email, product name, screenshots, logs, or a description of the issue.

Termination

We may suspend accounts, cancel orders, revoke license keys, or block download access when there is fraud, abuse, redistribution, payment dispute, security risk, or violation of these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaxiCheats is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, account, game, platform, hardware, operating system, or third-party service losses arising from use or inability to use digital products.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions when store features, payment methods, delivery systems, legal requirements, or business practices change. The updated version applies once published.
